Tax and scheme rules are written from HMRC and GOV.UK guidance. We link to the sources used and do not cite sources we have not checked.
Accuracy and review
Every guide shows a publication date and a last-reviewed date. Guides are reviewed when rules change and at least annually.
Separation of education and promotion
Educational guides do not recommend specific investments. Opportunity pages are clearly identified and include risk information and EIS status.
What we will not publish
- Claims of guaranteed returns, guaranteed tax relief or guaranteed EIS qualification.
- Market statistics, valuations or performance figures without a verifiable source.
- Testimonials that cannot be verified.
